Improve your strength, co-ordination, balance and fitness whilst having fun in a safe, coached environment. This class is a perfect blend of fitness, gymnastics and parkour. The camp will include lots of fun and games and is available to all abilities. Children will need to wear trainers in order to take part in the camp. Children will also need a packed lunch and plenty to drink. Our cafe area is closed during camps therefore parents are unable to wait onsite during the camp.
